Job Description: Assisting the general field manager in daily and seasonal tasks. From planting to harvesting. Winter Repairs to summer break downs. Keeping the team motivated all year around. Along with organizing, planning and implementing strategies while ensuring farm goals and objectives are met.

  • Starting Rates:
    $75,000-$90,000 + Benefits based on Experience and Qualifications

Farm Mechanic

Full or Part Time Available

Job Description: Conduct regular maintenance on all Machinery. Examine machines and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems. Assemble mechanical components according to specifications.Design a plan of action for all maintenance tasks and upgrades. Maintain work logs, repairs, and maintenance records.

  • Safely and Efficiently Diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul farm machinery and vehicles listed below:
    Skid steers
    Pay Loaders
    Feed Trucks
    10 Wheelers
    18 Wheelers
    Corn Planters
    Combines
    Choppers
    Tillage Equipment
    Manure Equipment
    Small Engines
    Etc.
  • Qualifications:
    Self Motivated
    Communication Skills and Customer Service Skills
    Mechanical — Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
    Computers and Electronics — Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
    A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
    In-depth knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and mechanical systems.
    Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problems-solving.
  • Full Time Starting Wage:
    $55,000-$75,000 + Benefits based on Experience and Qualifications
